PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file. Physicals complete on/after April 1st, 2024 to be valid for the 2025-2026 school year.

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you must submit it into the Athletic Registration site online.

 

Note:  Only the Medical Eligibility Form (p. 4) should be submitted to the school.

* DUE TO THE BUS SHORTAGE THERE WILL BE NO BUSES FOR ATHLETIC EVENTS. FAMILIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING THEIR CHILD TO AND FROM EVENTS*
